摘 要:利用人体解剖学实验教学过程中解剖到的病理标本,通过对正常、异常(变异、病理)标本形态学改变进行对比,诠释疾病的发生、发展,以及临床诊治及转归等过程,构建人体解剖学正异常形态对比的数字云平台,为人体解剖学实验教学提供真实、详细的案例,以达到人体解剖学与病理学课程融合,在专业基础课程中植入临床学科病案,拓宽学生知识面和提高学生综合思维能力,以更好地达到基础医学融合临床医学的目的。Pathological specimens dissected in the course of human anatomy experiment teaching are used to compare the morphological changes of normal and abnormal(variation and pathology)specimens,interpret the occurrence,development,clinical diagnosis,treatment and outcome of diseases,and build a digital cloud platform for the comparison of positive and abnormal human anatomy,providing real and detailed cases for human anatomy experiment teaching.Finally,the integration of human anatomy and pathology courses is achieved,and clinical medical records are implanted in the basic professional courses to broaden students’knowledge and improve their comprehensive thinking ability,so as to better integrate basic medicine with clinical medicine.
