摘　　要：随着社会各行业对应急能力要求的提升,高等教育机构中应急技术与管理专业的实践能力培养成为研究热点。本研究探讨了应急技术与管理专业实践教学现状及存在的主要问题,包括实践创新能力培养环节设计薄弱、实践创新能力培养师资队伍不足、政校企合作实践育人机制不够健全等。提出了一系列针对性的解决策略,旨在通过更新教育理念、加强实验实践设施建设、打造师资队伍、优化课程体系、深度政校企融合合作等措施,全面提升学生的实验实践能力,为应急技术与管理专业学生实践创新能力培养提供坚实的保障。As society increasingly demands higher emergency response capabilities,fostering practical skills in emergency technology and management has emerged as a key area of focus in higher education.This study delves into the practical teaching aspects of this field,identifying several challenges such as the inadequate design of training modules for practical innovation,a shortage of qualified teaching personnel,and a lack of effective collaboration mechanisms between government,schools,and enterprises.To address these issues,we suggest a comprehensive approach that includes refreshing educational paradigms,enhancing the infrastructure for experimental and practical training,developing a robust teaching staff,refining the curriculum,and fostering deeper collaboration between government,educational institutions,and the private sector.These measures aim to significantly boost the practical and experimental skills of students,equipping them for efficient emergency management and thereby providing a robust foundation for nurturing innovative capabilities in technology and management disciplines.
