产教融合背景下高职院校学前专业育人过程中的问题及其对策

摘  要:高职院校学前教育专业的育人路径探索对于提高教育质量和满足社会需求具有重要意义。然而,当前高职院校学前教育专业存在产教融合协同育人深度不足、育人目标与人才需求存在偏差、评价体系不够科学等问题。针对这些问题,研究基于产教融合视域,对高职院校学前教育专业的育人路径做了实践探索。具体如下:一是增加产教融合协同育人深度,提升学生的实践能力与创新能力;二是完善培养理念及培养目标,确保育人目标与行业需求相匹配;三是制定明确的评价标准和评价流程,全面评估学生的综合素质和实践能力。The exploration of the educational path for preschool education majors in vocational colleges is of great significance for improving the quality of education and meeting social needs.However,there are problems with the current preschool education major in vocational colleges,such as insufficient depth of industry education integration and collaborative education,deviation between educational goals and talent needs,and an insufficiently scientific evaluation system.Based on the perspective of industry education integration,practical exploration has been conducted on the educational path of preschool education majors in vocational colleges to address these issues.Specifically,it is to increase the depth of collaborative education between industry and education,and enhance students'practical and innovative abilities;The second is to improve the cultivation concept and objectives,ensuring that the educational goals match the needs of the industry;The third is to establish clear evaluation criteria and evaluation processes,comprehensively assessing students'comprehensive qualities and practical abilities.
