摘　　要：本研究探讨了大学生思政教育中道德教育与法治教育的融合策略与方法,分析了道德教育与法治教育在大学生思政教育中的现状,阐述了道德教育与法治教育融合的必要性与可行性,提出了融合策略与方法,包括教学内容上的融合、教学方法上的创新以及教育实践活动的结合,旨在为高校思政教育提供新的思路和方法论指导,以提高教育质量,培养具备高尚道德品质和坚实法治素养的大学生。This study explores the integration strategies and methods of moral education and rule of law education in ideological and political education for college students,analyzes the current situation of moral education and rule of law education in ideological and political education for college students,elaborates on the necessity and feasibility of integrating moral education and rule of law education,and proposes integration strategies and methods,including the integration of teaching content,innovation in teaching methods,and the combination of educational practice activities.The aim is to provide new ideas and methodological guidance for ideological and political education in universities,improve the quality of education,and cultivate college students with noble moral qualities and solid legal literacy.
