人的全面发展视域下高校劳动教育探究

摘　　要：人的全面发展是高校劳动教育的理论依据和最终目标。目前高校劳动教育在促进人的全面发展过程中取得了一些可喜成绩,但还存在着学生主体性不突出、劳动教育方式简单、实践平台短缺、劳动教育大环境有待改善等问题,解决这些问题应以人的全面发展理论为指导,围绕大学生的主体性、个性、劳动能力和社会关系四个方面来优化路径,以劳动教育促进人的全面发展。The all-round development of human beings is the theoretical basis and ultimate goal of labor education in colleges and universities.At present,labor education in colleges and universities has made some gratifying achievements in promoting the all-round development of human beings,but there are still some problems such as the lack of students'subjectivity,the simple way of labor education,the shortage of practice platform,and the need to improve the environment of labor education.To solve these problems,we should take the theory of all-round development of human beings as the guide,optimize the path concerning the four aspects of college students'subjectivity,personality,labor ability and social relations and promote the all-round development of human beings by labor education.
