道术器:现代职业教育方法体系的审思与建构

摘　　要：“道术器”方法体系是古为今用、古今融合的一种版本和模式。纳入到职业教育语境中考察,“道”是整合,“术”是整合之道下衍生出的具体的整合创新方略,“器”则是支撑“术”生成的人才培养实践过程中的具体的整合做法、经验和行为。对道术器概念加以解析,对这一方法体系建构的意义作了价值研判和归纳,并对以整合为核心内涵的道术器方法体系关系及结构予以审思和澄明,最后给出了道术器方法体系践行的进路。The methodology of"Dao,Shu,and Qi"is a version and model that combines ancient and modern methods.In the context of vocational education,"Dao"means integration,"Shu"is a specific integrated innovation strategy derived from the path of integration,and"Qi"refers to the specific integration methods,experiences,and behaviors that support the talent cultivation practice of"Shu"generation.An analysis of the concept of the"Dao,Shu,and Qi"methodology was conducted,the significance of constructing such a methodology was evaluated and summarized,the relationship and structure of the methodology with integration as its core connotation were examined and clarified,and finally,a path for implementing the methodology was provided.
