摘 要:基于扎根理论对我国历届世界技能大赛金牌选手的相关报道进行文本分析,构建了以“通识素养”“赛事素养”和“思政素养”三大维度为框架,以“精益求精”“爱岗敬业”“勤学苦练”“稳健发挥”“志趣高远”“坚守初心”为类属的世赛金牌选手核心素养理论模型。基于该核心素养模型对职业院校高技能人才培养提出建议:注重通识素养培育,优化院校专业课程内容设置;推进以赛促学改革,激发学生技能学习内在动力;融入三全育人理念,促进学生思政素养培育形成;实施特色学徒制改革,创新高技能人才培养模式;弘扬工匠文化精神,营造技能人才成长优良环境。Based on the Grounded Theory,a text analysis was conducted on the relevant reports of China's previous World Skills Competition gold medalists,and a theoretical model of the core competencies of the World Skills Competition gold medalists was constructed with three dimensions:"general literacy","competition literacy",and"ideological and political literacy".The model was categorized as"excellence","dedication to work","diligent study and hard training","steady performance","lofty aspirations",and"sticking to the original intention".Suggestions and inspirations for the cultivation of high-skilled talents in vocational colleges based on the core competency model were pointed out,including emphasizing the cultivation of general literacy and optimizing the content of professional courses in colleges and universities,promoting the reform of using competitions to promote learning and stimulate students'intrinsic motivation for skill learning,integrating the concept of holistic education and promoting the formation of students'ideological and political literacy,implementing the reform of characteristic apprenticeship system and innovating the training mode of high skilled talents,and promoting the spirit of craftsmanship culture and creating a favorable environment for the growth of skilled talents.
