PACS系统联合微助教平台在医学影像学住培生临床带教中的应用效果分析

摘  要:目的分析图像存储与传输系统(picture archiving and communication system,PACS)联合微助教平台在医学影像学住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院医学影像学住培生60名为研究对象。将2020年1—12月实施的常规教学模式,设为常规组,2021年1—12月实施的PACS系统联合微助教平台教学模式,设为研究组。每组30名。比较两组住培生的学习状态、考核成绩、教学质量评分。结果研究组住培生学习状态评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组理论考核成绩(92.02±1.48)分高于常规组的(88.52±1.53)分,实践考核(93.02±1.34)分高于常规组的(89.52±1.48)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.006、9.602,P均<0.05)。研究组教学质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论PACS系统联合微助教平台的应用,能有效提高住培生的学习兴趣和教学质量,增强住培生的理论知识和实践技能的掌握度,可为临床带教提供参考。Objective To analyze the application effect of picture archiving and communication system(PACS)com-bined with micro-teaching assistant platform in the standardized training of medical imaging residents.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,sixty medical imaging residents in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College were selected as the research objects.The conventional teaching mode implemented from January to December 2020 was set as the conventional group,and the teaching mode of PACS system combined with micro-teaching assistant platform implemented from January to December 2021 was set as the research group.Thirty in each group.The learning status,assessment results and teaching quality scores of the two groups were compared.Results The learning status scores of the residents in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The theoretical assessment score of the study group was 92.02±1.48 higher than 88.52±1.53 of the conventional group,and the practical assessment score was 93.02±1.34 higher than 89.52±1.48 of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(t=9.006,9.602,both P<0.05).The teaching quality score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PACS system combined with micro-teaching assistant platform can effectively improve the learning interest and teaching quality of resident trainees,and enhance the mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of resident trainees,which can be used for reference in clinical teaching.
