皮肤科护理人员应用叙事管理的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究叙事管理在皮肤科护理人员中的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月—2024年6月东平县人民医院皮肤科12名护理人员为研究对象,2022年5月—2023年5月实施传统管理模式(管理前),2023年6月—2024年6月实施叙事管理(管理后),比较护理人员管理前后的心理素质、人文关怀能力、职业幸福感。结果管理后护理人员心理能力评分为(17.36±1.29)分、心理品格评分为(7.12±1.25)分、自我适应评分为(7.23±1.36)分、环境适应评分为(7.32±1.62)分、心理动力评分为(7.29±1.67)分,高于管理前的(11.52±1.35)分、(5.67±1.41)分、(5.87±1.49)分、(5.19±1.57)分、(4.96±1.53)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.834、2.666、2.335、3.271、3.564,P均<0.05)。管理后护理人员的人文关怀能力优于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后护理人员的职业幸福感评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在皮肤科护理管理中应用叙事管理能有效改善护理人员心理素质,提高人文关怀能力、强化职业幸福感。Objective To explore the application effect of narrative management in dermatology nurses.Methods Twelve nurses from the Dermatology department of Dongping County People's Hospital from May 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.Traditional management mode was implemented from May 2022 to May 2023(be-fore management),and narrative management was implemented from June 2023 to June 2024(after management).The psychological quality,humanistic care ability and professional happiness of nursing staff before and after management were compared.Results After management,the psychological ability score of nursing staff was 17.36±1.29,the psy-chological character score was 7.12±1.25,the self-adaptation score was 7.23±1.36,the environmental adaptation score was 7.32±1.62,and the psychological motivation score was 7.29±1.67,which were higher than those before man-agement 11.52±1.35,5.67±1.41,5.87±1.49,5.19±1.57,4.96±1.53,and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.834,2.666,2.335,3.271,3.564,all P<0.05).The humanistic care ability of nursing staff after management were better than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of pro-fessional well-being of nursing staff after management were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of narrative management in dermatology nurs-ing management can effectively improve the psychological quality of nursing staff,enhance humanistic care ability and strengthen professional happiness.
