摘　　要：以东北师范大学知识产权训练营为例,探讨融入思政元素的知识产权素养教育对研究生创新能力的培养效果。从教学目标、教学重点、教学实施3个方面进行融入思政元素的知识产权素养教育的设计与实践,通过准实验设计从创新自我效能、创新自我期望、创新工作投入3个维度,分析研究生创新能力培养效果。研究发现,融入思政元素的知识产权素养教育能够促进研究生创新自我效能及创新工作投入的发展,但对研究生创新自我期望的促进效果不明显。提出从打造学科融合的教学团队、建设思政教学案例库、探索产学研融合培养模式、营造创新文化氛围4个方面促进知识产权素养教育对研究生创新能力的培养效果。Taking the intellectual property training camp of Northeast Normal University as an example,this paper examines the effectiveness of intellectual property literacy education integrating ideological and political elements on cultivating graduate students'innovation ability.It designs and practices intellectual property literacy education that integrates ideological and political elements from three aspects:teaching objectives,teaching focus,and teaching implementation,analyzes the effectiveness of cultivating graduate students'innovation ability through quasi experimental design from innovation self-efficacy,innovation selfexpectation,and innovation work investment.The study finds that the intellectual property literacy education integrating ideological and political elements can promote the graduate students'innovation selfefficacy and innovation work investment,but the promotion effect on innovation self-expectation is not significant.It proposes four measures to promote the cultivation effect of intellectual property literacy education:creating discipline-integrated teaching teams,building a case library for ideological and political education in courses,exploring the integration of industry-academia-research cultivation mode,and constructing innovative cultural atmosphere.
