摘  要:在职业教育改革深化的时代背景下,针对现阶段汽车维修专业教学过程中存在的问题,遵循职业教育跨界性融合发展的原则,以岗位能力要求为教学目标,以教学体系创新为介入点,以技能大赛为实践平台,以职业技能等级考试为评价标准,进行了汽修专业“岗课赛证”综合育人模式的构建。通过更新教育理念、重构课程体系、丰富教学手段、完善评价体系等措施,实现专业教育和岗位培训的对接,以全面提高专业人才综合素质,增强其就业竞争力。In the context of deepening vocational education reform,addressing the problems existing in the teaching process of automotive maintenance majors at the current stage,a comprehensive education model of"job-course-competition-certificate"has been constructed for automotive repair majors.This model follows the principle of cross-border integration and development in vocational education,with job ability requirements as the teaching goal.The innovative teaching system serves as the intervention point,skill competitions as the practical platform,and vocational skill level exams as the evaluation criteria.By updating educational concepts,restructuring curriculum systems,enriching teaching methods,and refining evaluation systems,the integration of professional education and job training can be achieved.This approach comprehensively improves the overall quality of professional talents and enhances their employment competitiveness.
