摘  要:专业课程是高职院校实现专业人才培养与职业技能等级认定的基本载体。以机械制造及自动化专业为例,通过深入分析课程标准与职业标准的逻辑关系,针对该专业教学体系中现存的问题,参照国家职业标准重构专业课程体系;针对职业岗位能力要求制定课程标准,按照“双师型”教师认定标准打造高水平师资团队,以实现专业课程标准与职业标准的精准对接。Professional courses are the basic carrier for vocational colleges to achieve professional talent cultivation and vocational skill level recognition.Taking the mechanical manufacturing and automation major as an example,it delves into the logical relationship between curriculum standards and vocational standards.Addressing the practical issues existing within the teaching system of this program,this study reconstructs the specialized curriculum system with reference to national vocational standards.Curriculum standards are formulated based on the requirements of professional job abilities.A high-level teaching staff team is created according to the"dual teacher"teacher certification standards to achieve precise alignment between professional curriculum and professional standards.
