摘　　要：为迎接我国工业转型升级给机电一体化技术专业人才带来的机遇和挑战,参照职业院校专业人才培养的知识目标、能力目标、素质目标,从重构课程体系、更新教育理念、丰富教学手段等方面着手对教学模式进行了创新。该教学模式以学生的职业发展和市场需求为导向,实现了德育元素与专业知识的融合、道德教育与专业教育的深化、创新能力与人文素养培养的协同,有利于学生理论水平、专业能力、思想素质的提升,达成立德树人的目标。To address the opportunities and challenges posed by China's industrial transformation and upgrading for professionals in mechatronics technology,we have innovated the teaching mode by restructuring the curriculum system,updating educational concepts,and enriching teaching methods.This innovation is informed by the knowledge,ability,and quality objectives of vocational college professional talent training.Guided by students'employment prospects and market demand,this teaching model integrates moral education elements with professional knowledge,deepens the integration of moral and professional education,and fosters a synergy between innovation ability and humanistic literacy cultivation.It facilitates the enhancement of students'theoretical knowledge,professional skills,and ideological quality,ultimately achieving the goal of cultivating professional talents with strong moral character.
