摘  要:针对目前职业院校劳动教育过程中存在的课程体系不完善、教学方法单一、评价体系不健全、师资力量不足等问题,以数控技术应用专业为例,进行了劳动教育与专业实训的融合探索。通过优化课程体系、创新教学方法、完善评价体系、加强师资队伍建设等措施,实现劳动教育模块与专业实训课程的融合,以提升学生的学习主动性和教师的劳动教育水平,对于学生职业素养和劳动精神的培养具有重要意义。In response to the issues of an incomplete curriculum system,monotonous teaching methods,an inadequate evaluation system,and insufficient teaching staff in the current vocational college labor education process,this study explores the integration of labor education with professional training,using the CNC technology application major as an illustrative example.By optimizing the curriculum system,innovating teaching approaches,refining the evaluation system,and reinforcing the construction of the teaching staff,the integration of labor education modules into professional training courses can be achieved.This,in turn,enhances students'learning initiative and elevates teachers'labor education proficiency.Such integration holds great significance for nurturing students'professional ethics and fostering a strong labor spirit.
