摘　　要：长双歧杆菌作为最早定殖在人体肠道内,且丰度最高的益生菌,其相对丰度会随着年龄增长和部分疾病的发生而降低。长双歧杆菌具有多种益生功能,对宿主各个系统的健康有着重要影响。因此,长双歧杆菌的益生功能及其在多领域的应用受到了广泛关注。该文综述长双歧杆菌在宿主多个系统中的益生功能研究现状,以及长双歧杆菌在食品、医药等行业的应用情况,旨在为长双歧杆菌未来的研究和应用提供参考依据。As the earliest and most abundant probiotic to colonize the human intestine,the relative abundance of Bifidobacterium longum decreases with age and the occurrence of certain diseases.Bifidobacterium longum has various probiotic functions and has a profound impact on the health of various systems in the host.There-fore,the probiotic functions and multi-field applications of Bifidobacterium longum have received widespread attention.The probiotic functions of Bifidobacterium longum in the host system were reviewed,as well as its ap-plication in food and pharmaceutical industries,aiming to provide a reference for future research and applications of Bifidobacterium longum.
