摘  要:文章深入探讨了内科护理教学中临床路径与问题导向学习的融合,阐述了临床路径的内涵及其在护理教学中的价值,包括规范护理流程、辅助构建系统护理思维和提升模拟实践能力,分析了问题导向学习以问题为驱动,激发学生学习兴趣、培养多维度问题解决能力和促进知识整合迁移的教育价值,并从构建融合式课程体系、设计问题链、创建教学情境和组织协作式学习活动四个方面提出融合策略,旨在提升内科护理教学质量,培养高素质护理人才。The article deeply explores the integration of clinical pathways and problem oriented learning in internal medicine nursing teaching,elaborates on the connotation of clinical pathways and their value in nursing teaching,including standardizing nursing processes,assisting in the construction of systematic nursing thinking,and enhancing simulation practice ability.It analyzes the educational value of problem oriented learning driven by problems,stimulating students'learning interest,cultivating multidimensional problem-solving ability,and promoting knowledge integration and transfer.The article proposes integration strategies from four aspects:constructing an integrated curriculum system,designing problem chains,creating teaching scenarios,and organizing collaborative learning activities,aiming to improve the quality of internal medicine nursing teaching and cultivate high-quality nursing talents.
