摘  要:在师范类专业认证理念指导下,本研究通过调查发现,目前师范院校教法类课程的学生学习评价体系过于侧重于学科素养与教学能力,而忽视了对教师职业素养等关键能力的考核,并提出职前小学数学教师学习评价体系应以培养目标和毕业要求为导向设计教学目标,增加课程考核内容;以学习目标和学习过程为关注重点,优化评价主体和评价方式;以教学质量保障和学生发展为目标,细化各项学习结果评价标准这三项改革措施,最后把理论结果设计用于实际教学实践,为师范类院校更全面地评价师范生的综合素养提供理论和实践的指导。Guided by the concept of teacher education professional certification,this research,through investigation,reveals that the current student learning evaluation system for teaching method courses in normal universities overly emphasizes subject literacy and teaching ability,while neglecting the assessment of key competencies such as teacher professional qualities.Three reform measures are proposed.The learning evaluation system for pre-service primary school mathematics teachers should design teaching objectives based on training goals and graduation requirements,and expand the content of course assessment.It should focus on learning objectives and the learning process,and optimize the evaluation subjects and evaluation methods.Aiming at ensuring teaching quality and promoting student development,it should refine the evaluation criteria for various learning outcomes.Finally,the theoretical results are applied to actual teaching practice,providing theoretical and practical guidance for normal universities to more comprehensively evaluate the comprehensive qualities of normal students.
