摘　　要：新时代,创新创业能力已成为衡量旅游管理专业毕业生竞争力的重要指标。文章分析了高职旅游管理专业学生创新创业能力培养现状及其存在的问题,并针对性地从课程体系设置、实践教学平台、师资队伍建设、评价激励机制等方面提出一系列对策,以有效提升学生的创新思维、创业实践能力和就业竞争力,为高职旅游管理专业人才培养提供新思路。In the context of the new era,the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship has become an important indicator for measuring the competitiveness of tourism management graduates.This article analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of students majoring in tourism management in higher vocational colleges.Correspondingly,a series of countermeasures are proposed from aspects such as curriculum system setting,practical teaching platforms,teaching staff construction,and evaluation and incentive mechanisms.These measures aim to effectively enhance students'innovative thinking,entrepreneurial practice abilities,and employment competitiveness,and provide new ideas for the talent cultivation of the tourism management major in higher vocational colleges.
