摘 要:习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中强调要落实立德树人根本任务,工程教育学学科的设置与建设为实现新时代高等院校工科专业立德树人教育提供了有效手段。通过研究古今中外的工程教育,揭示了当代工程教育学视角下工科专业立德树人教育存在的问题:教师偏重技术教育、忽视人文素质培养,师资队伍建设不足、教师德育功能弱化,师生关系不紧密等。高等院校工科专业教师在教育理论方面积累不足是导致上述问题的主要原因。本文提出教育与工程双背景教师的培养、教师教育时间供给侧改革、师生共同体的构建是落实立德树人的有效途径。研究成果可为我国新时代高等院校工科专业立德树人教育提供新的参考。In the report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized implementing the fundamental task of moral education.The development of the discipline of engineering education has proposed effective solutions for moral education of engineering majors in higher education institutions in the new era.Through research on engineering education from ancient to modern times,both domestically and internationally,this paper analyzes the problems of moral education in engineering majors from the perspective of contemporary engineering education:weakened moral education function of teachers,neglect of student literacy cultivation,and lack of warmth in teacher-student relationships.The insufficient accumulation of educational theory among engineering teachers is the main reason of these problems.The paper proposes that the cultivation of teachers with dual backgrounds in education and engineering,the reform of teacher education time supply,and the construction of a teacher-student community are effective ways to implement moral education.The research results can provide new insights for moral education in higher engineering education in China in the new era.
