生物糖脂预处理污泥协同木质碳源厌氧发酵产酸的研究

摘  要:针对生物质厌氧发酵水解速率慢、产酸效率低等问题,利用生物糖脂预处理接种污泥,以橡胶木酶水解液为辅助碳源,探究了鼠李糖脂(RL)、槐糖脂(SL)、烷基糖苷(APG)对污泥预处理及其厌氧发酵产酸的影响。结果表明:生物糖脂提高了接种污泥的破解度和胞外聚合物裂解,增强了接种污泥水解和提高发酵液中的有机质含量。RL预处理木质碳源发酵体系最大产酸量达3783.91 mg/L,相比对照组的产酸量提高了74.83%。产物分析表明,RL预处理木质碳源发酵产物以乙酸和丙酸为主,SL预处理木质碳源发酵产物以乙酸和丁酸为主,APG预处理木质碳源发酵产物以乙酸为主。研究结果可为生物质的资源化利用和强化产酸提供理论依据。To address the issues of sluggish hydrolysis rate and low acid production efficiency in biomass anaerobic fermentation,this study employed bio-glycolipid pretreatment for sludge inoculation using rubber wood enzyme hydrolysate as an auxiliary carbon source.The effects of bio-glycolipids involving rhamnolipid(RL),sophorolipid(SL),and alkyl glycoside(APG)on the aforementioned methods for sludge pretreatment and acid production of anaerobic fermentation were further investigated.The results demonstrated that adding bioglycolipids enhanced the disintegration of inoculated sludge and the degradation of extracellular polymers,thereby enchancing the hydrolysis of inoculated and increasing organic matter content in the fermentation liquid.Specifically,the maximum acid production appeared in the RL-pretreated wood-based carbon source fermentation system reaching 3783.91 mg/L,exhibiting a remarkable increase of 74.83%compared to the control group.Moreover,it was observed that the primary fermentation products of RL-pretreated wooden carbon source were predominantly acetic acid and propionic acid,while in SL-pretreated wooden carbon source were acetic acid and butyric acid,and in APG-pretreated wooden carbon source was acetic acid.These findings can provide a reliable technical basis for biomass resource utilization and the optimization of organic acid production.
