摘  要:在新医科背景下,高等医药院校有机化学课程需落实德育为先、学生中心、产出导向、持续改进的教学理念,针对上述四个方面分别存在的课程育人作用薄弱、学生学习消极被动、评价内容缺乏层次、教学改革推进迟缓等教学问题,本文阐述有机化学教学改革,从而引领学生锤炼品格,启发学生学习知识,培养学生创新思维,激励学生奉献祖国,为培育高素质医药人才奠基铺路。Under the framework of new medical sciences,the Organic Chemistry curriculum in higher medical institutions must uphold the principles of moral education first,student-centered learning,outcome-based teaching,and continuous improvement.Addressing key challenges,such as the limited role of the curriculum in fostering moral education,passive student engagement,insufficient depth in assessment content,and slow progress in advancing teaching reforms,this study outlines the reform initiatives in organic chemistry education.The goal is to guide students in character development,inspire active learning,cultivate innovative thinking,and encourage dedication to national service,thus laying a solid foundation for the training of high-quality medical and pharmaceutical professionals.
