应用型药学人才培养中药物化学创新教育实践路径探索

摘　　要：培养学生创新实践能力是应用型本科院校的重要任务,同时药学专业创新型人才培养是当今生物医药发展的必经之路和必然选择。在分析当前创新教育与药物化学专业课学习现状的基础上,本文提出提高教师创新教育水平、培养学生创新思维、提高学生创新能力等方式,从而构建有效的创新教育实践路径。Cultivating students'innovative practical abilities is a key task for application-oriented undergraduate institutions,and fostering innovative talent in pharmacy is an essential pathway for the advancement of the biopharmaceutical industry.Based on an analysis of the current state of innovation education and the learning status of medicinal chemistry courses,this paper proposes an effective innovative education practice framework through measures such as enhancing teachers'innovation education competencies,fostering students'innovative thinking,and improving their practical innovation abilities.
