餐具中大肠菌群和沙门氏菌检验能力验证分析

摘　　要：为了验证实验室对餐具中大肠菌群和沙门氏菌检验能力,保证检测结果的准确性,本实验室参加了由云南省市场监督管理局组织、华测检测认证集团股份有限公司承办的“YNSPT-2023-03一次性餐具用品中大肠菌群、沙门氏菌的测定”能力验证。依据能力验证作业指导书和GB 14934—2016《食品安全国家标准消毒餐(饮)具》,采用传统细菌培养和普通鉴定方法对考核样品进行定性检测。NO.203样品大肠菌群检测结果“阳性”、沙门氏菌检测结果“阴性”;NO.454样品大肠菌群检测结果“阴性”、沙门氏菌检测结果“阳性”。顺利通过考核,获得合格证书。通过此次能力验证,证实了本实验室具备正确检验餐具中大肠菌群和沙门氏菌的能力,对实验室的整体技术水平也有了清楚的了解和提高,同时期望能为相关检验工作提供参考借鉴。In order to verify the laboratory's ability to detect coliforms and Salmonella in tableware and ensure the accuracy of the test results,the laboratory participated in the"YNSPT-2023-03"disposable tableware products organized by Yunnan Market Supervision and Administration Bureau and Huace Testing and Certification Group Co.,Ltd..The determination of coliforms and Salmonella's ability to verify.According to the ability verification operation instruction and GB 14934-2016"national food safety standard disinfection tableware",the traditional bacterial culture and common identification methods were used to qualitatively detect the assessment samples.The detection results of coliform bacteria in sample 203 were"positive",and the detection results of Salmonella were"negative".The detection results of coliform bacteria in 454 samples were"negative",and the detection results of Salmonella were"positive".Successfully passed the examination and obtained a qualification certificate.Through this proficiency test,it is confirmed that the laboratory has the ability to correctly test col-iforms and Salmonella in tableware,and has a clear understanding and improvement of the overall technical level of the laboratory.At the same time,it is expected to provide reference for related inspection work.
