摘 要:在“17+1合作”的背景下,中东欧国家旅游城市的中餐业出现了转型升级的趋势。布拉格是中东欧最具吸引力的旅游城市之一,呈现“欧式中餐”与传统中餐并行发展局面,但在转型升级中还面临内部问题和外部挑战,需要从菜品创新、品牌意识、人才提升和中餐文化交流与传播等方面努力探索,提升中东欧旅游城市中餐的品牌形象和竞争力。In the context of“17+1 cooperation”,there is a trend of transformation and upgrading of the Chinese food industry in the tourist cities of Central and Eastern European countries.As one of the most attractive tourist cities in Central and Eastern Europe,Prague offers a unique culinary experience,showcasing the convergence of“European Chinese food”and traditional Chinese cuisine.However,the Chinese food industry in this region still faces significant internal challenges and external obstacles.To achieve its transformation and upgrading,a multifaceted approach is necessary,encompassing cuisine innovation,brand awareness,talent enhancement,and the promotion and diffusion of Chinese food culture.The overarching goal is to enhance the brand image and competitiveness of Chinese food in tourist cities of Central and Eastern Europe.
