摘　　要：通过阐释责任式创新概念与测度,进而分析其前因、后果、形成机制以及应用领域,基于现有研究成果的全面梳理和述评,提炼责任式创新研究的整合性分析框架,分析其研究局限与未来研究方向。研究发现,现有责任式创新研究大多聚焦于从中宏观视角对其概念、相关理论及其在量子技术、神经技术等领域的应用问题进行讨论,缺少基于微观视角对组织情境下责任式创新的形成机制以及影响结果的系统梳理、归纳和整合。因此,从完善责任式创新概念、优化测量维度和量表、整合前因后果等方面提出建议,为推进组织情境下的责任式创新研究和实践提供借鉴。The increasing ethical challenges of science and technology brought by emerging technologies such as gene editing and artificial intelligence have increased the difficulty of tackling core technologies and profoundly reflected the urgency and importance of fully understanding the ethical issues of science and technology.In recent years,the phenomenon of patent technology imitation or plagiarism in the business community and paper corruption and fraud scandals in the academic world have occurred frequently,which directly reflects the disregard of some innovation subjects for their sense of responsibility and ethics.This severely reduces social welfare and innovation motivation.Responsible innovation requires the subjects to meet social,moral and ethical requirements in the process of innovation activities,encouraging the active participation of various stakeholders,utilizing existing knowledge to predict innovation outcomes,and addressing potential impacts of innovation.This can provide new ideas for eliminating responsibility issues caused by technological innovation.More and more enterprises begin to pay attention to responsible innovation,and the research on responsible innovation is timely and of great significance.It is not only an important direction for the development of enterprises today,but also an important way to promote social progress and increase people's well-being.As one of the cross-disciplinary themes in management research,responsible innovation has become a growing focus in the field of innovation research in recent years,and has become a necessary path for Chinese enterprises to achieve high-quality development under the innovation-driven development strategy.However,there is a lack of systematic reviews on this topic from a micro perspective.Thus,this paper systematically summarizes the research related to responsible innovation in the organizational context,and analyzes the current research status and development trends.Then it makes a scientific review of the main research concerns of resp
