民国时期戏曲教育政策演变与实施研究

摘　　要：在戏剧改良思潮的影响下,民国政府从戏曲的表演形态、技术传授、艺人素养逐渐聚焦到戏曲教育之目的、方式、内容等方面,并制定相关政策以配合戏剧改良运动。戏曲改良社附设的新剧练习所、改造职业演员的戏曲训练班等旨在发挥戏曲辅助社会教育之功能,巡回戏剧教育队重在发挥戏曲宣传抗战、激励民众之作用,国立歌剧学校则代表了民国政府致力于正规化、专门化、职业化的戏曲教育学校之探索。从民国政府颁布的一系列戏曲教育政策中,可以窥见在政治语境与戏剧观念的差异下戏曲教育的精神向度,亦可发现政治理念与艺术表达之间的互动。Under the influence of the trend of drama reform,the government of the Republic of China gradually focused on the purpose,mode and content of drama education from the performance form,technique imparted and artiste’s quality,and formulated relevant policies to match the drama reform movement.The new drama rehearsal studio and the opera training class for transforming professional actors set up by the opera reform society were designed to play the role of opera in assisting social education.The touring drama education team focused on the role of opera in promoting the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and inspiring the people.And the National Opera School represented the exploration of the opera education school dedicated to formalization,specialization and professionalism of the government of the Republic of China.From the series of opera education policies promulgated by the government of the Republic of China,we can glimpse the spiritual dimension of opera education under the difference of political context and drama concept,and also discover the interaction between political concept and artistic expression.
