摘　　要：高校教师指导本科生开展科学研究是实现高校科学研究和人才培养有机融合的有效路径,同时也是实施本科生导师制人才培养的重要途径,对于促进教师学术成长与提高学生科研素养有重要意义。秉承“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的理念,高校教师在指导本科生时应进行人才选拔、培养、管理和人文关怀,培养本科生的学术研究能力。Guiding undergraduates to carry out scientific research is an effective way to achieve the organic integration of scientific research and talent training in colleges and universities,as well as an important approach to implement personnel training through the undergraduate tutorial system.It is of great significance for promoting teachers’academic growth and improving students’scientific research literacy.Guided by the concept of“student-centeredness,output-orientation,and continuous improvement”,the paper presents the implementation process and practical experience in talent selection,training,management,and humanistic care when guiding undergraduates,which will provide reference for teachers to guide undergraduates in carrying out academic research.
