教师普通话水平现状及提升策略研究

摘　　要：教师普通话水平不仅是一个地区文化素养水平的反映,也是涵养教师内在精神和人文情怀的基本要求。通过对甘肃省各类各级学校1392名教师的普通话水平现状调查分析,发现各类各级学校教师普通话水平存在语文教师普通话水平不达标、民族地区教师普通话水平低于全省平均水平、民族地区教师普通话水平有待提高;并分析了教师普通话水平较低的原因:民族文化与语言认同、教师的语言意识差、教师缺乏对于普通话培训;针对存在的问题,本文提出了如下策略:创设语言环境、强化语言训练、狠抓推普机遇,提升教师语言意识、加强普通话培训、提升普通话水平。Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the Putonghua level of 1392 teachers in Gansu Province,it is found that the Putonghua level of teachers in various schools at all levels is not up to standard.The Putonghua level of teachers in ethnic areas is lower than that of the provincial average,and needs to be improved.It also analyzes the reasons for teachers’low level of Putonghua,such as national culture and language identity,teachers’poor language awareness and lack of training in Putonghua.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the following strategies:creating a language environment,strengthening language training,paying close attention to popularization opportunities,enhancing teachers’language awareness,strengthening Putonghua training and improving Putonghua level.
