摘  要:在现代社会快节奏的生活方式和饮食习惯改变的背景下,单纯依靠天然食品难以满足全面的营养需求。因此,食品营养强化与增补成为提升食品营养价值、预防营养缺乏病和提升国民身体素质的重要手段。本文概述了食品营养强化与增补的基本概念,详细分析了这2种方式在提高食品营养价值、预防与控制营养缺乏病以及提升国民身体素质方面的积极作用。通过具体案例展示了食品营养强化与增补在谷物类食品、乳制品、肉制品以及蔬菜水果等食品中的实践应用。In the context of fast-paced lifestyles and changing dietary habits in modern society,it is difficult to meet the comprehensive nutritional needs solely by relying on natural foods.Therefore,food nutrition reinforcement and supplement has become an important means to enhance the nutritional value of food,prevent nutritional deficiency diseases and improve the national physical quality.This paper summarizes the basic concepts of food nutrition fortification and supplement,and analyzes the positive effects of these two methods in improving the nutritional value of food,preventing and controlling the nutritional deficiency disease and improving the national physical quality in detail.The practical application of food nutrition fortification and supplement in cereals,dairy products,meat products,vegetables and fruits and other foods is demonstrated through concrete cases.
