摘 要:培育和提升医学生专业认同感是促进医学生个人发展和深化医学教育改革的迫切需要。互动仪式链理论对于分析医学生专业认同感的形成具有较强的适切性。集体聚集、边界建立、情感连带和文化符号共享是医学生专业认同感形成的关键要素,这些要素通过互动仪式链的持续性、嵌入性和延展性,促进了医学生对医学职业价值、责任和使命的认同与内化。革新互动仪式、强化情境学习、重塑职业精神可以为培育和提升医学生专业认同感纾困。Cultivating and enhancing the professional identity of medical students is an urgent need to promote the personal development and deepen the reform of medical education.The theory of interaction ritual chains is highly suitable for analyzing the formation and evolution of medical students'professional identity.Collective gathering,boundary establishment,emotional connection,and cultural symbol sharing are key elements in the formation of medical students'professional identity.These elements,through the continuity,embedding,and extensibility of interaction ritual chain,promote the identification and internalization of the value,responsibility,and mission of the medical profession.Innovating interaction rituals,strengthening situational learning,and reshaping professional spirit can alleviate the difficulties in cultivating and enhancing the professional identity of medical students.
