摘 要:为学工夫论是朱子工夫论的重要组成部分,朱子为学工夫论以道德论为导向,同时包含知识论纬度,以建构知识体系方式通达道德。在工夫目标上,朱子为学工夫论以立志成为圣贤,实现理想道德人格和知识通达为目标,为学以圣贤人格为基准。在工夫内容上,朱子根据人的教育接受限度和发展规律,提出“小学”“大学”和读书为学的内容,“小学”是理会涵养道德之事,“大学”和读书工夫则为具体领悟以小学洒扫应对伦常之事的所以然的道德原则和思考掌握客观物理。在工夫路径上,朱子提出“居敬涵养”和“格物致知”的修养与探索知识之理的工夫方式,两者互发涵摄,涵养道德与积累贯通道德知识和物理知识,实现为学工夫效验。朱子为学工夫论展现了其工夫论的道德性与知识性特征和理学思想。The theory of learning work is an important part of Zhu Zi’s theory of moral work.Zhu Zi’s theory of learning work is guided by moral theory,and at the same time includes the latitude of knowledge theory,so as to build a knowledge system to generalise morality.In terms of the goal of Gong,Zhu Zi aimed to become a sage and achieve the ideal moral personality and knowledge,and takes the sage personality as the benchmark for learning.In terms of the content of work,Zhu Zi put forward the content of“primary school”,“university”and corresponding reading as learning according to the limits and development laws of people’s education.“Primary school”is to take care of moral matters,and“university”and reading work is to specifically understand the moral principles and think about the reasons for primary school to deal with ordinary things,objective physics.In terms of the path of work,Zhu Zi proposed the way of cultivation and exploration of the reason of knowledge of“respect and cultivation”and“knowledge of things”.The two mutually cultivate moral reasons and accumulate moral knowledge and physical knowledge,so as to realise the effect of learning work.Zhu Zi showed the moral and intellectual characteristics and Neo-Confucianism thought of his theory of learning Gong’s theory.
