摘　　要：枸杞色素是枸杞中非常重要的活性成分之一,具有多种生物学功能,在化妆品、食品、某些药物辅助材料中具有很大的应用潜能。本文对枸杞色素的提取、分离纯化工艺及应用进行阐述,以期为枸杞色素的进一步开发应用提供理论参考。Lycium barbarum pigment is one of the main active ingredients of Lycium barbarum,It has a variety of biological functions and has great application potential in cosmetics,food,and some pharmaceutical auxiliary materials.In this paper,the extraction,separation and purification technology of Lycium barbarum pigment and its application were discussed in order to provide theoretical reference for further development and application of Lycium barbarum pigment.
