摘　　要：“课程思政”是我国加强高校人才培养和思想政治教育的新要求。将思政元素有机地融入各类专业课程的课堂教学中,是实现“知识传授、能力培养、价值塑造”三位一体育人理念的有效途径,也是落实我国立德树人这一根本任务的战略举措。食品化学是高校食品学科重要的专业基础课,是实现新工科人才培养目标和影响食品领域人才培养质量的核心课程之一。本文在分析食品化学课程特点的基础上,结合课程教学内容,探索了立德树人背景下该课程教学融入思政教育的设计思路与具体举措,以期为食品化学有效实施课程思政教改提供参考和建议。“Curriculum ideological and political”is a new requirement for strengthening talent training and ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China.Integrating ideological and political elements into the classroom teaching of various professional courses is an effective way to realize the three-in-one concept of“knowledge imparting,ability cultivation,and value shaping”,and it is also a strategic measure to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity in China.Food chemistry is an important professional basic course in the food discipline of colleges and universities.It is one of the core courses to achieve the goal of cultivating new engineering talents and influence the quality of talent training in the food field.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of food chemistry courses,combined with the course teaching content,this paper explores the design ideas and specific measures of integrating ideological and political education into the teaching of this course under the background of cultivating people with moral integrity,in order to provide reference and suggestions for the effective implementation of ideological and political education reform in food chemistry.
