摘  要:建立一种气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱联用法快速测定蜂蜜中双甲脒残留量的检验方法,通过优化实验前处理步骤,在90℃酸性条件下将双甲脒快速水解为2,4-二甲基苯胺,然后加入氢氧化钠溶液进行碱化,正庚烷提取后上机。对空白蜂蜜进行加标回收实验,在0.005、0.010、0.100 mg·kg^(-1)这3个添加水平下,2,4-二甲基苯胺的平均回收率为78.9%~90.0%,相对标准偏差为2.7%~7.8%,检出限为0.005 mg·kg^(-1)。该方法简单快速,适合实验室进行批量样品处理。A method for rapidly determining formamidine residue in honey by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was developed.The pre-treatment steps were optimized to rapidly hydrolyze formamidine into 2,4-dimethylaniline under acidic conditions at 90℃.After that,sodium hydroxide solution was added for alkalization,and the n-heptane was extracted and processed on the machine.Blank honey samples were subjected to spiked recovery experiments at conduct spiked recovery experiments on blank honey at three levels of 0.005,0.010,and 0.100 mg·kg^(-1).The results show that the average recovery of 2,4-dimethylaniline is 78.9%to 90.0%,with precision ranging from 2.7%to 7.8%,and the limit of detection is 0.005 mg·kg^(-1).Experiments prove this method is simple,fast,and suitable for batch processing of samples in the laboratory.
