摘 要:目的对银翘解毒颗粒(Yinqiao Jiedu Granule,YJG)中的挥发性成分进行质谱鉴定和分析,并建立相应的质量控制方法。方法采用气相色谱质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对薄荷、连翘、荆芥、挥发油提取物及YJG中的挥发性成分进行提取分析和鉴定,并对挥发性成分开展指纹图谱研究,建立YJG挥发性成分的含量测定方法。结果采用GC-MS进行分析,从薄荷中鉴定出10个化合物;从连翘中鉴定出14个化合物;从荆芥中鉴定出6个化合物;从挥发油提取物中鉴定出14个化合物;从YJG中鉴定出10个化合物。建立了16批次YJG的GC指纹图谱,确定了10个共有峰,并指认了其中α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、柠檬烯、(-)-薄荷酮、薄荷脑、松油烯-4-醇、α-松油醇、胡薄荷酮、乙酸薄荷酯共9个共有峰,通过相似度评价对16批YJG GC指纹图谱进行综合分析,相似度计算均大于0.95。结论从YJG中分离并鉴定出(-)-薄荷酮、薄荷脑、胡薄荷酮等多种挥发性成分,在此基础上建立GC指纹图谱,为YJG质量标准的提升提供了科学依据。Objective To identify and analyze the volatile components in Yinqiao Jiedu granule(YJG)by mass spectrometry,and establish quality control methods.Methods Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to extract,analyze,and identify the volatile components in YJG.Fingerprints of the volatile components were also studied to establish a method for determining the content of YJG.Results Using GC-MS for analysis,10 compounds were identified from Mentha haplocalyx Briq;14 compounds were identified from Forsythia suspense(Thunb.)Vahl;6 compounds were identified from Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq;14 compounds were identified from the volatile oil extract;10 compounds were identified from YJG.Established GC fingerprints of 16 batches of YJG,identified 10 common peaks,and identified alpha-Pinene,beta-Pinene,limonene,(-)-Menthone,Menthol,terpinen-4-ol,alpha-Terpineol,Pulegone and Menthyl acetate.Through similarity evaluation,16 batches of YJG GC fingerprints were comprehensively analyzed,and the similarity calculation was greater than 0.95.Conclusion(-)-Menthone,Menthol,Pulegone and other volatile components were isolated and identified from YJG,and GC fingerprints were established on this basis,providing a scientific basis for the improvement of YJG quality standards.
