摘　　要：本文主要从生产工艺过程的全息制版、翻版、膜变形、纸张变形、纸张复合加工工序的变形控制及成品纸张断张规线控制等工序,对微纳结构光刻纸容易发生的质量问题进行了详细的原因分析,并提出了对应的解决措施。This article mainly analyzes in detail the quality problems that are prone to occur in micro nano structure lithography paper from the production process of holographic plate making,reprinting,film deformation,paper deformation,deformation control of paper composite processing,and control of finished paper breakage gauge line,and then proposes corresponding solutions.
