摘　　要：“环境仪器分析”课程实验是一门实践性强、实验操作要求高的课程,基于创新型人才培养的视角重构仪器分析课程教学体系,课程实验教学环节创新性开展,有利于学生综合应用能力的提高和专业人才培养质量的提升。围绕学生兴趣和社会热点环境问题创新实验教学内容,设计了教学实验—分散液液微萃取—液相色谱法检测水环境中扑草净残留。实验涵盖了多个学科的交叉与渗透,具有实践应用性和创新性,有利于培养学生的综合素质和创新能力。同时坚持以“课程思政”理念为指导,将思想政治教育贯穿于各个实验教学环节。旨在丰富环境仪器分析实验课程体系,推动仪器分析实验教学改革。“Environmental instrument analysis”course experiment is a course with strong practicality and high technicality for experimental operation.The teaching system of instrument analysis course is reconstructed based on the perspective of innovation-oriented talent training,and the experimental teaching links are carried out innovatively,which is conducive to the improvement of students’comprehensive application ability and the quality of professional talent training.Based on the method of“dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction-liquid chromatography”,a teaching experiment is designed for the determination of the residual amount of prometryn in the water environment,in order to fulfill the requirements of paying attention to students’interest and social hot environmental issues in the innovative experimental teaching content.Experiment covers the intersection and penetration of multiple disciplines,which is practical and innovative,and is beneficial to cultivate students’comprehensive quality and innovation ability.At the same time adhere to the“curriculum ideological and political”concept as the guidance,the ideological and political education throughout the experimental teaching links.The aim is to enrich the curriculum system of environmental instrument analysis experiment and promote the teaching reform of instrument analysis experiment.
