摘　　要：公共实验平台是高校教学、科研和工程应用的重要支撑,是推进“双一流”大学建设的重要依托。实验队伍建设是高校构建高水平公共实验平台、推进人才培养、学科建设和科研创新的骨干力量。建设专业化实验队伍是实现一流大学建设目标的重要前提和保障。结合高校公共实验平台实验队伍建设中存在的问题,从实验队伍的体系构建、多元管理、培训强化、激励完善、考核与晋升及信息化建设等方面提出合理有效的对策,打造一支一流且稳定的公共实验平台实验队伍,为高校实验队伍建设提供思路。The public experimental platform is an important support for teaching,scientific research and engineering application in universities,and an important support for promoting the construction of“double first-class”universities.The construction of experimental team is the backbone for universities to build a high-level public experimental platform and promote talent training,discipline construction and scientific research innovation.Building a professional experimental team is an important prerequisite and guarantee for achieving the goal of building a first-class university.Combined with the problems existing in the construction of the experimental team of the public experimental platform in universities,this paper puts forward reasonable and effective countermeasures from the aspects of the work content,system construction,diversified management,assessment and promotion of the experimental team,so as to create a first-class and stable experimental team of the public experimental platform,and provide ideas for the construction of the experimental team in universities.
