摘  要:随着医学教育的不断发展,临床实习教学管理面临着新的挑战和要求。本研究旨在分析当前临床实习教学管理中存在的问题,并提出有效的改进方法。首先,本研究梳理了临床实习教学管理的现状,包括教学资源不足、带教质量参差不齐、教学管理不规范、学生参与度低和评价体系不完善等问题。随后,提出了一系列改进策略,如优化教学资源配置、提升带教质量、规范教学管理、提高学生参与度和完善评价体系等。此外,还通过案例分析,展示了成功和失败的教学管理实例,进一步验证了改进方法的可行性。最后,对临床实习教学管理的未来进行了展望,强调了持续改进和创新的重要性。本研究为提高临床实习教学质量提供了有益的参考和实践指导。With the continuous development of medical education,the teaching management of clinical practice is facing new challenges and requirements.This paper aims to analyze the problems in the teaching management of clinical practice and propose effective improvement methods.First of all,the paper sorts out the current situation of teaching management in clinical practice,including insufficient teaching resources,uneven teaching quality,irregular teaching management,low student participation and,and imperfect evaluation system.Subsequently,the paper puts forward a series of improvement strategies,such as optimizing the allocation of teaching resources,improving the quality of teaching,standardizing teaching management,improving students’participation and improving the evaluation system.In addition,the article also shows the success and failure of teaching management examples through case analysis,further verifying the feasibility of the improvement method.Finally,the paper prospects the future of teaching management in clinical practice,emphasizing the importance of continuous improvement and innovation.The research in this paper provides useful reference and practical guidance for improving the teaching quality in clinical practice.
