摘  要:目的探讨针对注意缺陷多动障碍的早期接触临床线上线下教学模式在医学本科教学中的应用效果。方法以上海交通大学医学院临床医学和儿科学专业的30名本科二至四年级学生为研究对象。学生完成一个注意缺陷多动障碍夏令营课程及中加专家团队的线上线下教学之后,采用问卷调查方式评价教学效果。结果学生对线上线下结合注意缺陷多动障碍创新性教学模式的反馈较好,对于暑期课程线上学习配合线下实践的总体安排满意,并认为此次课程在未来对儿科专业的选择和深造有很大帮助。结论针对注意缺陷多动障碍的早期接触临床的优化教学模式,能实现理论与实践的有机结合,充分提升医学生的综合素质和临床思维,一定程度上弥补了当前医学教育模式的不足,并可能成为未来教育教学的新方向。Objective To explore the application effect of online and offline teaching mode for attention deficitand hyperactive disorder(ADHD)integrated with early clinical contact in medical undergraduates.Methods Thirty undergraduates in grade 2 to 4 majoring in clinical medicine and pediatrics in Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were selected as participants.After completing an ADHD summer camp course and online and offline teaching sessions led by a team of Chinese and Canadian experts,the teaching effectiveness was evaluated through a questionnaire survey.Results Students responded positively to the innovative online and offline teaching model for ADHD.They expressed satisfaction with the overall arrangement of online learning and offline practice during the summer camp course and believed that the course would significantly benefit their future choices and advanced studies in pediatrics.Conclusion The optimized teaching model for ADHD integrated with early clinical contact effectively combines theory and practice,and significantly enhances the comprehensive qualities and clinical thinking of medical students.To some extent,it addresses the shortcomings of the current medical education model and may represent a new direction for future educational practices.
