摘  要:学校家庭社会协同育人新格局内嵌在中国教育现代化的时代命题中,具有育人为本的教育理念、职责清晰的育人主体、联动紧密的育人行动、共建共享的教育资源等特征。当前学校家庭社会协同育人新格局在构建过程中遭遇了理念困境、合作困境、行动困境和资源困境。要突破上述困境,应以价值认同与对话沟通为方式夯实信任机制、以制度规范和制度考核为手段完善责任机制、以培训指导和资源整合为依托强化能力机制、以数字化赋能为引擎建构资源共建共享机制,从而构建学校家庭社会协同育人新格局,助推中国教育现代化建设。The new paradigm for school-family-community collaborative education is embedded in the proposition of Chinese modernization of education,and is characterized by the concept based on talent cultivation,the main body with clear responsibilities,closely linked cultivating actions,and jointly shared educational resources.At present,the new paradigm for school-family-community collaborative education has encountered conceptual dilemma,cooperation dilemma,action dilemma and resource dilemma in the process of construction.In order to break through these dilemmas,the trust mechanism should be strengthened by value recognition and communication,the responsibility mechanism should be improved by means of institutional norms and systematic assessment,the capacity mechanism should be strengthened by means of guidance and resource integration,and the resource sharing mechanism should be constructed by means of digital empowerment.In these ways,a new paradigm for school-family-community collaborative education can be constructed,thus contributing to Chinese modernization of education.
