文化传统影响下职业教育社会认同的形成机制及其逻辑理路

摘  要:文化传统作为民族思想规范与观念形态的集合,会以隐性或显性的方式对在个体与社会交互过程中形成的职业教育社会认同产生影响。文化传统影响下的职业教育社会认同经过社会范畴化、社会比较和社会表征的过程,不仅实现了从职业教育社会认同的构建到职业教育社会认同的强化,而且最终实现了职业教育社会认同的生产与再生产。文化传统对职业教育社会认同的影响既有在职业教育思想、职业教育环境和职业道德等方面的积极影响,也有在职业教育实践特性、职业教育发展路径以及工业文化传承延续等方面的消极影响。因此,基于文化传统的职业教育社会认同建构,一要围绕标签消除,构建平等包容的职业教育社会认同的文化秩序;二要围绕落差调整,构建完整公正的职业教育社会认同的比较优势;三要围绕损害修复,构建相互交流的职业教育社会认同的引导机制。Vocational education social identity is formed in the process of interaction between individuals and society.Cultural traditions,as a collection of national ideological norms and conceptual forms,will influence vocational education social identity in the process in an implicit or explicit way.The social identity of vocational education under the influence of cultural tradition goes through the process of social categorization,social comparison and social representation.It not only realizes from the construction of vocational education social identity to the strengthening of vocational education social identity,but also finally realizes the production and reproduction of vocational education social identity.The positive influence of cultural tradition on vocational education social identity includes vocational education ideology,vocational education environment and vocational ethics.The negative influence includes the practical characteristics of vocational education,the development path of vocational education and the continuation of industrial culture.Therefore,the construction of social identity of vocational education based on cultural traditions should be centered on the elimination of labels and the construction of equal and inclusive cultural order of social identity of vocational education;secondly,it should be centered on the adjustment of discrepancies and the construction of complete and fair comparative advantages of social identity of vocational education;thirdly,it should be centered on the repair of damages and the construction of guiding mechanism of social identity of vocational education with mutual exchanges.
