摘 要:随着人工智能(AI)技术的快速发展,其在职业教育管理中的应用日益广泛,为提高管理效率和个性化职业教育带来了新的机遇。研究探讨AI在职业教育管理中的应用现状、潜在优势以及伴随的伦理挑战,强调制定相应的伦理准则和监管机制的重要性,以确保AI技术的应用不仅提高管理效率,而且符合职业教育公平和学生权益保护的原则。最后提出建议,包括加强AI技术的职业教育者培训、建立跨学科的伦理审查团队以及促进利益相关者之间的对话,以促进AI在职业教育管理中的负责任使用。通过这些措施,可以最大化AI技术的积极影响,同时避免可能的伦理风险。With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,its application in vocational education management is increasingly extensive,which has brought new opportunities for improving management efficiency and personalized vocational education.This study aimed to investigate the current status,potential advantages,and accompanying ethical challenges of AI in the management of vocational education.This study highlights the importance of developing corresponding ethical guidelines and regulatory mechanisms to ensure that the application of AI technology not only improves management efficiency,but also complies with the principles of equity in vocational education and protection of student rights and interests.Finally,the research presents a series of recommendations,including strengthening vocational educator training in AI technology,building interdisciplinary ethical review teams,and facilitating dialogue among stakeholders to facilitate the responsible use of AI in the management of vocational education.With these measures,the positive effects of AI technology can be maximized while avoiding possible ethical risks.
