数字化视域下高职院校思想政治教育精准化策略研究

摘　　要：当前,高职院校思想政治教育日益无法满足学生不断增长的个性化发展需求。依托数字技术推动思想政治教育精准化改革,是全面提升思想政治教育针对性和适应性的必然要求。数字化开启了思想政治教育精准化的时代,使其具备了高效性、针对性和智慧性特征。思想政治教育精准化契合了学生数字化生存特征,并推动思想政治教育新模式的形成。高职院校应充分运用数字技术推动思想政治教育需求的精准识别、教育内容的精准定制、教育过程的精准定法、教育结果的精准评价,为思想政治教育精准化发展提供新进路。Ideological and political education in high vocational colleges is increasingly unable to meet the growing personalized development needs of students now.Relying on digital technology to promote the precise reform of ideological and political education is an inevitable requirement for comprehensively improving the pertinence and adaptability of ideological and political education.Digitization has opened up an era of precision in ideological and political education,making it highly efficient,targeted,and intelligent.Precision aligns with the digital survival characteristics of students and promotes the formation of new mode of ideological and political education.High vocational colleges should fully utilize digital technology to promote the precise identification of ideological and political education needs,the precise customization of education content,the precise methods determination of education processes,and the precise evaluation of education results,providing a new path for the precision development of ideological and political education.
