乡村振兴战略背景下高职学生党员基层就业观培育的策略研究

摘　　要：乡村振兴是一项系统工程,需要充分发挥基层党组织的引领作用。当前广大农村正需要有知识的学生党员主动发挥先锋模范作用,传播先进的思想文化理念,将自己的所学和经验发挥出来,提升乡村治理水平,为农村发展增添动力。高职学生党员正是基层党组织建设的有力推动者,也可成为乡村振兴战略落实的主力军。然而还有部分高职学生党员没有认识到个人服务基层对乡村振兴、国家建设的重要性,存在一定的价值观偏差,对基层就业政策不了解,扎根基层就业意愿偏低,动机功利。需要高职院校教育管理工作者从基层就业观培育、榜样文化浸润、精准选调人员、提升基层服务技能、建立激励保障机制、加强职后追踪关怀等几个方面着手,探究高职院校加强学生党员基层就业观培育的对策,实现学生党员对基层就业从认知、认同到最终内化为实际行动的过程。Rural revitalization is a systematic project that needs to fully leverage the leading role of grassroots party organizations.At present,the vast rural areas are in need of knowledgeable student party members to actively play a pioneering and exemplary role,disseminate advanced ideological and cultural concepts,leverage their learning and experience,improve the level of rural governance,and add impetus to rural development.Vocational college student party members are powerful promoters of grassroots party organization construction and also the main force in implementing the rural revitalization strategy.However,there are still some vocational college student party members who have not realized the importance of personal service to the grassroots for rural revitalization and national construction,and there is a certain value deviation.They do not understand the grassroots employment policies,have low willingness to take root in grassroots employment,and have utilitarian motives.It is necessary for higher education management workers to explore the strategies for vocational colleges to accurately guide student party members to work at the grassroots level,from the cultivation of grassroots employment concepts,infiltration of role model culture,precise selection of personnel,improvement of grassroots service skills,establishment of incentive and guarantee mechanisms,and strengthening post employment follow-up care,in order to achieve the process of student party members'understanding,identification,and ultimately internalization of grassroots employment into practical actions.
