摘　　要：青少年体育参与中的家长教育能优化家长行为,提升家长教育技能,促进青少年体育参与。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,在探讨青少年体育参与中家长教育的内涵与价值,剖析现实困境,系统梳理青少年体育发达国家在家长教育的需求探索、内容设计与开展实施等方面经验的基础上,提出青少年体育参与中家长教育开展的中国方略:提升对家长教育研究的重视,全社会合力推动家长教育的开展;探索家长教育需求,构建本土化的家长教育内容体系,培养家长教育专业人才;探索中国特色家长教育实践路径,推动家长教育成为青少年体育参与的“必修课”。Parent education in youth sports participation can optimize parental behaviors,enhance parental educational skills,and promote youth sports participation.Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,based on discussion of its connotation and values,analysis of current dilemmas and systematical review of the experiences of developed countries in exploring the needs,content design,and implementation of parent education in youth sports participation,this paper puts forward some Chinese strategies to promote the development of parent education in youth sports participation:Enhancing the importance of parent education research to promote its development through the efforts of the whole society;Exploring the needs of parent education to construct a local content system of parent education and to cultivate professional talents for parent education;Exploring the practical pathways for Chinese-style parent education to promote parent education to be a“compulsory course”in youth sports participation.
