体育院校课程思政建设的教师策略研究

摘　　要：体育院校在体育强国、健康中国建设中扮演着至关重要的角色。体育院校课程思政是体育人才培养的重要环节,教师是课程思政建设的关键因素。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对体育院校课程思政建设进行趋势研判,并分析其现实困囿:教师思政素养有待提升,课程思政执行动力受阻;教学过程现实观照缺失,课堂教学亲和力不足;协同育人联结不够,体系建设联动合力有限;教学评价互动机制欠缺,课程思政整体效能弱化。据此,提出基于调查研究的教学准备、基于靶向定位的教学探索、基于提质升效的教学反思是体育院校课程思政建设的教师策略。Sports colleges and universities play a vital role in the construction of sports power and healthy China.Curriculum ideological and political education in sports colleges and universities is an important link in the cultivation of sports talents,and teachers are the key factors in the construction of curriculum ideological and political education.By the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper studies and judges the trend of the construction of curriculum ideological and political education in sports colleges and universities,and analyzes its realistic predicaments,which contain that teachers’ideological and political literacy needs to be improved,which leads to the blocked implementation motivation of curriculum ideological and political education;the lack of realistic observation in the teaching process,which leads to the deficiency of classroom teaching affinity;the insufficient connection of collaborative education,which leads to the limited joint force of system construction;and the deficient interactive mechanism of teaching evaluation,which leads to the weakened overall effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political education.Accordingly,it proposes some teacher’s strategies for the construction of ideological and political education in sports colleges and universities,including teaching preparation based on investigation and research,teaching exploration based on targeted positioning,and teaching reflection based on improving its quality and efficiency.
