摘　　要：神经退行性疾病包括阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、亨廷顿病、肌萎缩脊髓侧索硬化症等。神经退行性疾病的病因有许多,致病机制并不完全明确,目前多认为与线粒体有重要的关系。线粒体质量控制如线粒体的产生、融合、分裂及清除等出现异常会影响神经元和神经纤维的功能,导致神经退行性疾病的发生。该文将线粒体与神经退行性疾病发病机制的关系进行阐述,为神经退行性疾病的治疗提供依据。Neurodegenerative diseases include Alzheimer′s disease,Parkinson′s disease,Huntington′s disease,amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,and other disease.There are many causes of neurodegenerative diseases,and the pathogenesis is not entirely clear.Currently,most scholars believe that the occurrence of diseases is closely related to mitochondria.Mitochondrial quality control includes the production,fusion,division,and clearance of mitochondria.Abnormal mitochondrial quality control affects the function of neurons and nerve fibers,leading to the occurrence of neurodegenerative diseases.The author elaborates on the relationship between mitochondria and the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases,providing a basis for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
