摘  要:以某型无人机主起落架为研究对象,为提高设计效率,建立基于多体动力学软件以及液压仿真软件的联合仿真模型。考虑主起落架支柱的柔性变形,将起落架支柱进行柔性化。通过对落震试验结果与联合仿真结果进行对比,结果显示,在模拟外八字型主起落架结构的落震过程时,考虑支柱的柔性变形仿真结果与落震试验结果吻合度较好。分析缓冲器初始充气体积与正行程阻尼孔对垂向载荷的影响,分析结果得到初始充气体积与正行程阻尼孔对垂向载荷均有较为明显的影响。Taking the main landing gear of an unmanned aircraft as the research object,a joint simulation model based on multi-body dynamics software and hydraulic simulation software is established to improve the design efficiency.Considering the flexible deformation of the main landing gear strut,the landing gear strut is flexibilized.The drop test results are compared with the joint simulation results.The comparison results show that,when simulating the drop process of the toe-out main landing gear structure,the simulation results considering the flexible deformation of the strut are in good agreement with the drop test results.The influence of the initial inflation volume of the shock absorber and the positive stroke snubbing hole on the vertical load is analyzed,and the results show that both the initial inflation volume and the positive stroke snubbing hole have a significant impact on the vertical load.
