铁路钢筋混凝土刚架桥设计与分析

摘  要:刚架桥以其结构轻便、净空充足的特点在铁路与道路、河流的交叉交通工程中应用广泛。文章以东北地区某铁路扩能改造项目为背景,根据现场地形情况,设计了采用4孔1联和2孔2联两种布孔方式的4孔刚架桥。基于Midas/Civil有限元模型,对比分析了采用这2种布设方案下刚架桥的内力。结果表明:刚架桥墩梁固结区内力复杂,相较于2联布设,采用4孔1联布设的刚架桥纵向弯矩、钢筋应力、混凝土应力及裂缝宽度值均较大,且受温度效应的影响,其墩梁固结区在主加附作用下的裂缝宽度不满足规范要求,该布孔方式不可行。该研究成果可为类似工程项目提供参考。Rigid frame bridge is widely used in the intersection of railway,road and river because of its light structure and sufficient headroom.Taking a railway capacity expansion project in northeast China as the background,a 4-hole rigid frame bridge with 4-hole one-connection and 2-hole two-connection was designed according to the site topography.Based on the Midas/Civil finite element model,the internal forces of the rigid frame bridge under these two layout schemes were compared and analyzed.The results show that the internal force in the consolidation zone of pier girder is complex.Compared with the two-joint arrangement,the longitudinal bending moment,reinforcement stress,concrete stress and crack width of the rigid frame bridge with four holes and one joint arrangement are larger,and the crack width of the rigid frame bridge with four holes and one joint arrangement can not meet the standard requirements under the action of the main force and additional force,and the hole arrangement method is not feasible.The research results can provide reference for similar engineering projects.
